Dan JohnsonSenior Pastor, since 2020
I am passionate about helping others living the best life they can live while serving God! I enjoy teaching others and helping them develop into more mature followers of Christ! Much of my time is spent with my wife, Kelly, and two daughters traveling and seeing God's creation. While I am a huge fan of the Oregon Ducks, I enjoy anything that might even resemble a sport! Most importantly, I am a lost soul that God saved from the depths of depression into the joy of serving Jesus! |

I became a Christian while serving my country in the US Air Force. I’ve been a member and serve as an Elder and the head of Administration for Cross Culture since 2008. God has done amazing things in my life and I want to give back. Leading a small group and teaching is one of the ways I get to share Jesus with others so they too can experience a relationship with Him that is like no other relationship you’ll ever have or want. |

I was very blessed to be raised in a home where both parents were Christians. Due to their training and making sure I was in church from the time I was in diapers, at very young age, I knew I needed to ask Christ to be my Savior and did so during an Sunday evening service. My wife Caryn and I have been members of Cross Culture since it started and are so happy that we are able to serve Christ in such a strong scripturally based church. |

I grew up in a Christian home and was fortunate to have a family that wanted me to know who Christ is. After years of acting like a Christian, God brought me to the point where I realized that I needed Him more than I need to do "good" things. My interests in life after that point were mostly sports or music related, but I never would've thought that God would use me to lead worship for a church on a vocational basis. I am thankful for all that He has done and continues to do in my life, and I can't help but sing about it. |

I came to know Jesus at a youth camp when I was just five years old. I remember that day clearly and I remember my need for a savior even more. The next morning I could not wait to share that I had asked Jesus to be my best friend and Lord. Over the years my faith and trust in him have grown. The Lord has definitely used this to ignite a passion in me, to teach children about the love of Jesus and the hope of heaven. |

I didn't grow up in the church or even really trying to follow God. If you had asked me, I would have said that I was a believer, but just by looking at my life, you couldn't tell. In high school this girl I started dating invited me to an Ignite Student Outreach summer camp. There, I realized that I needed Christ to overcome the nonsense that was in my life and gave my life to Him. I was baptized later that year and have been with Cross Culture ever since. Now I'm able to use the tech savvy talents God has blessed me with for His Kingdom work. |
